Use this skill whenever a spreadsheet file is the primary input or output. Typical use cases include opening, reading, editing, or fixing existing .xlsx, .xlsm, .csv, or .tsv files — for example, adding columns, writing formulas, applying formatting, building charts, or cleaning messy data — as well as creating new spreadsheets from scratch or from other data sources, and converting between tabular file formats. Trigger this skill whenever the user references a spreadsheet file by name or path, even casually (e.g., "the xlsx in my downloads"), and wants something done to it or produced from it. Also trigger when the task involves cleaning or restructuring messy tabular data — such as malformed rows, misplaced headers, or junk values — into a proper spreadsheet. The final deliverable must be a spreadsheet file.
